I love it when I get a new wedding in my inbox and I can immediately get a sense of the couple's personality just by looking through their wedding images.  This bride and groom are clearly fun-loving and they exhibited their exuberant personalities all throughout their fashionable Houston wedding celebration.  Ben Sassani of Sassani Photography took some off-the-chain photos of the day.  Check out the couple's lovely story below and be sure to head over the Ben's blog to view even more of his great work.

From the bride...Our lives intertwined when we were fourteen years old! Who knew that the guy I met through a good mutual friend the summer before freshman year of high school would be my husband? This fairy tale developed over time with an amazing friendship, unconditional love and a happy ever after!

The chic and trendy Hotel Zaza held our incredible reception! Cocktail hour started at 6pm where guesso had Jeffrey Atienza our videographer, Ben Sassani of

ts ordered the refreshing 'Cristobal Cooler' which was actually a Raspberry Crusta with a shade of purple to match our wedding color. They nibbled on an array of delicious hors d'oeuvres - truffled white mac & cheese tarts, Dijon chicken en croute, and beef tenderloin crostini just to name a few! Guests picked up their black and white lollipop which listed their name, table number and dinner selection before entering the grand ballroom. The reception room was elegantly lit by Ali Durrani by A.D. Sounds and the stunning floral arrangements were crafted by Johnathan Andrew Sage.

It was the middle of Houston summer, July 23, 2011, and our guests gathered into the beautiful St. Vincent's Catholic Church to witness Ray Mark and I exchange our vows. We incorporated the special Filipino traditions into our ceremony. The veil symbolizing the unity of two families, the cord symbolizing the infinity of the bond of marriage and the coins symbolizing the groom's ability to support his bride. I walked down the aisle in a gorgeous couture, satin and organza ivory Marisa dress designed by Tamara Kristen. Ray Mark looked sharp in his Gucci tuxedo and Tom Ford bow tie! The bridesmaids looked fabulous with their hair done by Amy Keo of Toni & Guy and their make-up done by Lauren Noblin Artistry. As the ceremony came to an end, Deacon Gus Camacho gladly introduced us as the new Mr. & Mrs. Cristobal!

With the inspiration of Prince William & Kate Middleton's Royal Wedding this year, the beautiful bridesmaids and I wore spectacular fascinators that wowed the crowd! They were all shapes and sizes to fit our different personalities! Our memorable first dance song was 'When You Know' by Shawn Colvin. My father and I danced to 'There You'll Be' by Faith Hill. Ray Mark and his mother danced to 'Mama' by Boys II Men. Our magnificent cakes were done by Roslyn Allen of Sweet Delights. The five tier wedding cake was filled with butter almond crème, sThe five tier wedding cake was filled with butter almond crème, strawberry and red velvet layers with crème cheese frosting. Ray Mark drinks Dr. Pepper like water and without a doubt, the grooms cake was a Dr. Pepper can! Roslyn made it taste just like Dr. Pepper!

Our DJ, Raul Briboneria, played an assortment of entertaining music throughout the night. We danced the night away with our family and friends who traveled near and far to share with us in this memorable occasion. We also had Jeffrey Atienza our videographer, Ben Sassani of
