Submissions

Wedding events submitted to 7 Centerpieces must take place in Texas and should be high in design — featuring beautiful venues, stylish fashion, and discerning decor details. And if you or your client worked within a budget to throw a gorgeous fete, please let us know!

You can submit your wedding through our Submission Form on this page.

When submitting, please keep in mind the following information:

  • Please send between 50-100 images (less for an engagement, bridal, or styled shoot)

  • An excellent description (we choose based on the photos and the story, so share your vision and inspiration as well as how you met)

  • Credits for all wedding talent

  • Detail shots (the more the better!)

  • Images a minimum of 2048 pixels wide with no watermark (when submitting through our media platform)

If your wedding event is accepted, 7 Centerpieces will contact you within a week to gather more information.

We also gladly accept submissions via Matchology and by e-mail at submissions@7centerpieces.com. When submitting via e-mail, please submit images through a file-sharing platform such as DropBox. 

We do our absolute best to respond to all submissions and aim to reply to you within a week whether we choose to publish it or not. If you haven't heard back in this time please feel free to follow up with us or submit it elsewhere. If I am unable to post the content you submit or don't feel that it is suitable, please do not be disheartened: it may just mean we are not the best fit for your work this time around or that our editorial calendar is booked up. However, I hope you will still consider us for future submissions to share with our readers.
