The shoot was set in and around the Cottage Charm @ The Romack House, a unique 1905 historical country cottage located in the heart of Old Katy, Texas that sits on an half acre that is completely shaded by 100-year-old trees. It is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding or an intimate celebration such as a bridal or baby shower. And it was a great setting for this timeless styled shoot. Traci, Somer, and their amazing team of vendors pulled together a wonderful color palette and executed the theme and feel of the shoot to perfection. From Traci Nieto Photography and Somer Turley Photography..."Warm and timeless with a little sparkle of gold" - this short snippet truly sums up our style and inspiration for the beautiful styled shoot at Cottage Charm @ the Romack House in Katy, Texas. Starting with the hand-calligraphy letters from Joyful Ink Calligraphy all the way to the vintage furniture and table decor from Re-Luv'd Design. We wanted the day to represent the beginning of a purely timeless relationship because that is what a wedding day is: just the beginning of a lifelong commitment to love and cherish one another. We especially love the representation of this in the vintage clocks throughout the venue and at the ceremony altar. The fresh flowers and bridal bouquet from Terra Flora brought together the rich color palette of the celebration. Another favorite piece of the shoot was the styling of Birch Tree Events and the pairing of the gold glitter table linens with the love-story book centerpieces. The bridal jewelry and rings from Gold Connection Jewelers, as well as the ivory veil from Bright Starr Boutique, were the perfect additions to the beautiful couples' classic look for the day. But we can't stop there! The entire tablescape was inviting for guests. The teal in the napkins and linens from Artistique Events brought pops of color into the reception, and the vintage gold flatware made us want to pick up the fork immediately and dig right into the three-tiered classic white wedding cake from Sassy Cakes. The day brought warmth to your heart and sparkle to your eyes.
