"First looks" have taken over weddings in recent years. A "first look" is usually a time when a bride reveals herself to the groom prior to the ceremony. These reveals can result in the most stunning bride and groom portraits from the entire wedding day. Well this bride took the concept of first looks and ran with it. She decided to do several for her vintage McKinney wedding. First, she revealed her stunning bridal attire to her wedding party...and their reaction was too cute for words! And then came time for the big reveal to her groom--talk about a timeless reaction! From Anna Smith Photography...I am a sucker for great love stories, and Monique and Jordan are one of them. They met when they were 16 and still in school. Although many of us have said "he is the one" at a football game, this actually rang very true for this gorgeous couple. Their dreams finally came true on this beautiful vintage themed wedding day. Monique chose to do several first looks on her big day - first one with her bridesmaids - this was so precious. Then it came time for the bride and groom first look, and this recollection of Jordan's reaction can spark the joy and the love of many dreamers. When Jordan turned around to see Monique for the first time it was hard to keep the tears back. In a very emotional way, tears in both of their eyes they began their journey to "I Do". Monique worked hard to make this vintage theme wedding perfect. Her family designed all the florals and decor for the entire wedding including all the bouquets.
