From Jessica Pledger Photography...Nicole and James had the most beautiful wedding. They were married at a gorgeous Spanish style venue outside of Houston called Agave Estates. Nicole had over-the-top gorgeous flowers at the ceremony and reception. Nicole had all of her bridesmaids buy very neutral pastel sparkly colored bridesmaids dresses. The dresses all turned out perfect! The dresses went with the pastel colors of the flowers and even the warm walls at the venue. There was also a string quartet for ceremony. Nicole honored her grandfather who had passed by having a junior groomsman, her nephew, carry a framed portrait of her grandfather and put it in the seat next to her grandmother. Nicole had a long entrance where she walked down the aisle towards James on her own. It was so dramatic and beautiful. Nicole's dress was just stunning! I think it definitely took James' breath away. They wrote their own vows, which involved some jokes about James' fantasy football leagues. Even though it was July in Texas, the day was gorgeous. The venue has a pool of water next to ceremony site, where there were beautiful floating candles that really lit up when the sun went down. The reception was perfect with a delicious gourmet style BBQ meal, a major southern comfort food. The couple had their first dance as soon as they entered, and after dinner was just a fun party. They had lots of fun dances with fun props, like hats and masks. It really got all the guests up dancing especially Grandma! The fun continued in the photo booth, and the couple exited with a fun colorful bubble-filled exit. Nicole and James gave succulents out as their seating charts and also an adorable wedding favor! Nicole had a beautiful vision for the day from the flowers to the calligraphy and design on her signage and invitations!
