Lauren Weeks Photography brought us this lovely Port Aransas wedding. Nestled in an island off the coast of Corpus Christi, Port Aransas is home to beautiful beach houses and amazing scenery. And this lovely couple had the pleasure of holding their fun-filled nuptials on the island. The scenery in Port Aransas doesn't need much added to it, so this couple's pink, cream, and gold color palette added just the right amount of glamour for the occasion. From Lauren Weeks Photography...Mark and Shaunna's wedding was one of my favorite weddings to shoot. Not only was it at the stunningly beautiful venue at Cinnamon Shores in Port Aransas, TX, but several other aspects of their wedding set it a notch above the normal weddings I shoot. Mark and Shaunna both got ready on site in separate condos. The ceremony and tent-covered reception took place on the great lawn in the center of the Cinnamon Shores community. During the ceremony the weather felt amazing, and the sky had beautiful clouds creating amazing scenery all around. One of the unique aspects of the ceremony is that the bride and groom passed around their rings for family and friends to pray over and bless their marriage. After the ceremony, the reception began and was filled with beautiful details, a groom singing to his bride, and wine bottles and flip flops for each guest. After eating, drinking, dancing and karaoke, the night ended with a sparkler exit.
