This next Houston library wedding is straight out of my dreams! This couple chose two of Houston's most stunning venues to hold their nuptials. There are few ceremony locations as grand as St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Houston (I may be a little biased as I got married in that very church). And the Julia Ideson building of the Houston Public Library is one of the city's most beautiful gems. The two venues speak for themselves, but then Natalie Dawley of Two Be Wed brought together the perfect design and decor to make this affair epic. And the cherry on top was Philip Thomas capturing the entire day (in case you don't know, he's a complete genius with the camera). Dive into more breathtaking images in the gallery.
From Two Be Wed...We would love to share this wedding with you from last fall at the Julia Ideson Library in Houston. Planned by, Natalie Dawley, the design theme was elegant, modern traditional with a soft minimalist approach. We really wanted to create something timeless and sophisticated. The reception was set up with repititious long tables with tall candelabras and all white centerpieces on a champagne sequin linen. A mixture of black and gold chiavari chairs added a modern feel along with the mirrored bars. Guests were gifted boxes of toffee with black ribbon and gold engraved labels with the couple's initials.
