From Shelly Taylor...Giselle Callahan of Vivid Events designed an ethereal spring wedding around the details and beauty of La Rio Mansion, a Spanish-style villa in Belton, Texas and the area's newest wedding venue. Vivid Events decorated and designed the gorgeous details to highlight the Spanish villa style of La Rio, which is home to a very friendly donkey and sweeping Texas landscapes. The gorgeous details inside and outside the venue were inspirational for the shoot, including the flowering trees on the property and the massive oak tree, which is the perfect setting for a ceremony. The giant, hospitable porches in front and in the back of La Rio are expansive and beautiful enough for reception locations and they were the inspiration for the beautiful tablescape. Rosetree Floral designed the lush centerpieces and florals, and Lily's Cakes made the delicacies on the dessert table. Kimberly Cutler did the model's makeup, and Nory Cruz is the hair designer. The gown is from Georgio's Bridal in Waco. Vintage pieces are from Swoon Vintage Rental and rentals are from Confetti Rentals. Studio W designed the elegant stationery. The signature cocktail is a Berry Mint Sangria.
