I fall in love with this elegant and chic Dallas wedding every time I see it! This wedding has the unique quality of being both traditional and modern, classic yet chic. For me, all weddings start with the venue, and this couple hit the venue lottery by choosing two of the most iconic venues in Dallas. Perkins Chapel on Southern Methodist University's campus is a traditional wedding lover's dream, with its majestic steeple and white and mahogany wood trim. And the 19th Floor Ballroom at the Adolphus Hotel is one of the most stunning ballrooms I've ever laid eyes on! From the floor-to-ceiling windows to the ivory paneled walls, it all comes together to create a dramatic yet classic interior. Keestone Events executed every detail to perfection, per usual. And Rachel Meagan Photography captured every elegant and chic moment. Hop on over to the gallery for even more.
From Keestone Events...Yoana and Robin were a joy to plan for. The couple knew exactly what they wanted but at the same time, put a lot of trust in their vendors to execute for their wedding. To incorporate their culture into the big day, they included salsa and Latin music with both their DJ and an acoustic guitarist, along with a bilingual officiant who spoke in both languages at their ceremony. Both met at SMU, where Robin helped Yoana with her Economics homework, and the rest flowed from there. For their wedding, they played with a mostly all-white color palette with accents of forest green, gold and black as a contrast. Instead of your traditional exit, this laid back duo opted instead to dance the night away. The dance floor was not empty once!
