Have you guys ever heard of a "day after" session?  It's a photography session specifically for the bride and groom after the wedding has taken place where they get all dolled up in their wedding attire and take some amazing photographs.  I actually think this is a great concept, especially if you do not want to take bride and groom photographs before your wedding ceremony (also known as a "first look").  With a "day after" session, there's no tradition to worry about breaking because the wedding day has already taken place.  Plus, you can get really creative with your backdrops and poses because you don't have to worry about looking pristine for your big day.  This couple did just that and went back to their wedding venue to take the most lovely Salado day after session.  Shelly Taylor Photography captured the love session and there are even more stunning images in the gallery.

From Shelly Taylor Photography...Andrea and Logan wanted a Day After session, to capture a unique type of portrait look, completely different from the wedding day portraits.  They wanted a dark, dramatic, passionate style with the feeling of fall.  Styled by Karla McNeill of Karla McNeill Events, she went back to their wedding venue at Tenroc Ranch and decorated with candles and lush florals from Ginny at Creative Innovations to give them the look they wanted!  Rentals from Confetti Rentals; car is from a private collector.  Makeup by Michelle Hercules of Fascino Beauty, and hair by Tana Lara from Salons at Tuscan Square.
