A ballroom, all white florals, a princess bridal gown...this is what traditional wedding dreams are made of. Jessi of Jessi Marri Photography sent us these lovely images of this Crystal Ballroom Houston wedding and we could not be more happy to share them. All of the vendors really showed out for this wedding. From the beaded princes dress from Weddings by Debbie to the luscious buttercream cake from Cakes by Gina--they all came together to create the perfect day for this couple. Check out even more ballroom goodness in the gallery.
From the bride... Luckily our ceremony did not start until 2pm, so our big day started at a very reasonable 8:30am. We each got to celebrate our final single moments with our nearest and dearest friends, most of whom we have known since childhood. Any notion of diet and stress that we experienced leading up to the wedding completely went out the door as we stuffed our faces and caught up with old friends as everyone got ready. At the church, Father Edmund Eduarte had us all rolling in laughter and grinning in realization that our plans for the past 13 months had finally led us to the moment we had waited a lifetime for. The rain made for some adventure as guests traveled from the ceremony to the reception, and the bridal party had a ball cutting up with Jessi and her team as we held up traffic in the streets of Houston for the perfect shot. In the ballroom, Gina's delicious cake filled our bellies and DJ Cesar's perfect selection of music filled the air as we visited with guests and took in the love surrounding us. Looking back, we could not have imagined that our wedding day could come together so perfectly. We are so grateful for vendors who love what they do and friends and family who came from near and far to celebrate with us on our special day. You plan menus, decor, timelines, etc. in preparation for such an occasion, but you cannot plan for the blessings that life brings you or for the infinite joy that you feel as your loved ones come together in celebration.
