From Kati Hewitt Photography...Our "South of the Border" styled shoot was such a fun and unique shoot to dream up. Its loud details and vibrant colors are so different from the traditional wedding colors, which was a refreshing way to kick off 2017. Creativity was at its peak when pairing a bit of modern desert style with a touch of traditional fiesta elements. Tiny, bright potted cactus danced along the woven Serape table runner. Gold terrariums incorporated with white desert rocks and succulents brought the perfect amount of modern aesthetics to the shoot. We popped in a few mini donkey pinatas to add a bit of fun to the already festive feel. And the hand painted, 3-tiered cake added another unique touch to finish off the South of the Border vibe. Last but not least, the breathtaking view of the Texas hill country was the perfect backdrop to make this styled shoot one for the books!
